Run Coaching

  • Customized run workouts sent directly to you on a weekly basis via Training Peaks, based on your goals and availability

  • Easy to use and interactive platform Training Peaks is used to keep athlete and coach organized to track progress

  • All workouts are planned and structured around YOUR life and can be changed at any time

  • Unlimited communication with your coach via phone, text, or email

  • Multiple chances to schedule 1:1 in person meetings or zoom meetings with your coach per month to discuss progress, questions, etc.

  • Running Technique Sessions with your coach to help you run longer, faster, and without pain!
